🍂 On the Farm Fun at the Fall Festival

Whether you’re joining us in late September or visiting during weekdays in October, our Fall Festival is the perfect way to enjoy autumn at a slower pace.

Families, schools, and small groups love the cozy atmosphere, with farm-themed activities that give kids plenty of room to play, explore, and discover—without the bigger crowds of our October Weekend Carnival.

Stop by the farm stand market to purchase activity wristbands, or simply wander our pumpkin displays throughout the grounds—the perfect backdrop for fall photos.

Bring a picnic, relax on the farm, and enjoy the magic of autumn at Rocky Mountain Pumpkin Ranch.

    • Activities run 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
    • The farm closes at 6:00 PM

  • Uncle Oscar’s Hay Maze

    Wind your way through our straw bale maze filled with twists, turns, and a few tricky dead ends.

    Don’t forget to snap a photo at the finish line with the original Rocky Mountain Pumpkin Ranch giant pumpkin—a perfect fall memory!

  • Patch Playground

    Our hands-on play zone is designed for endless fall fun. Kids can:

    • Dig into wheat sensory bins
    • Climb straw mountain structures
    • Explore Tire Town
    • Bounce and play in our miniature bounce houses
    • Enjoy classic games like tic-tac-toe, pumpkin bowling, and more

    A space where kids can explore, climb, and discover.

  • The Pumpkin Patch – Included with Entry

    And don’t forget the main attraction—the pumpkin patch!

    We’re not a traditional pick-from-the-vine patch. Instead, we create beautiful displays with a wide assortment of

    pumpkins, squash, and gourds—all within easy walking distance.
    Perfect for families with little ones and ideal for finding the right pumpkin without the hassle.

    All pumpkins, squash, and gourds are Certified Organic and grown right here in Longmont by us.

  • Petting Zoo Activity – $5

    Meet our friendly farm animals in a guided, hands-on experience.

    Guests can pet, cuddle, and interact with goats, sheep, llamas, and more while learning about life on the farm.

    Prefer a quieter visit? Animals can also be viewed from outside the enclosure at no charge.

  • Sand Art Activity – $2 – $4

    Create your own colorful sand art keepsake using fun fall-themed shapes like pumpkins and candy corn.

    Mix and layer colors to design a one-of-a-kind creation to take home.

  • Paint-a-Pumpkin Activity – $8

    Let your creativity shine! Each child receives a pumpkin to paint and decorate.

    We recommend doing this activity early so your masterpiece has time to dry before heading home.

    Note: Paint is acrylic and may stain clothing.
