Birthday Corner for Birthday Parties or Private Groups

To secure your reservation, a $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance, including any pre-purchased add-ons such as tickets, bulk pumpkins, or party favors, will be charged to the card on file approximately 48 hours prior to your party date.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and hold your party date. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

If you need to cancel your reservation, we ask that you notify us at least 30 days prior to your scheduled event. Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will forfeit the $50 deposit but will not incur any additional charges.

Because our Fall Festival season is limited and party spaces are often difficult to rebook, cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled event will be charged the full party space rental fee.

We do not provide refunds due to weather-related concerns. However, if Rocky Mountain Pumpkin Ranch closes due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded or applied to another available date.

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, please arrive, set up, and depart within your reserved party time. Party reservations are often scheduled back-to-back, especially on weekends, and we want every group to have access to their space at the time reserved.

Party hosts are responsible for disposing of all decorations, food containers, party supplies, and other trash at the conclusion of their event. Trash receptacles are conveniently located near the party area for your use.

Rocky Mountain Pumpkin Ranch reserves the right to assess an additional $75 fee for parties that exceed their reserved time or leave excessive cleanup behind.
