Birthday Corner for Birthday Parties or Private Groups

To request a reservation for your birthday party or private group, email [email protected]. The space is available 7 days a week during October.    Our schedule fills up quickly, so make your reservation today!

We offer a covered, yet sunny outdoor area for your birthday party or group. Our party space is equipped with 6 standard-size picnic tables underneath a 30 x 32 party tent that is enclosed by cornstalks. 

Outdoor toilets are near the event area.

  • Beverages! (No alcoholic beverages, please)
  • No Cooking or Grilling and No Electricity Available
  • We Do Not Supply (nor Available on Premises) Any Party Supply Items Such As Plates, Utensils, Cups, Napkins, etc.

$195 for 2 Hours
Must Reserve in 2 Hour Time blocks

Party Space is available from 9:30AM - 5:30PM
$87 an Hour, No Minimum

Attention!
Our Parking lots do reach capacity on the busy weekends.   

  • We have 2 parking spaces reserved for Birthday Reservations
  • We do not guarantee parking availability to any additional party guests
  • Please note, if our parking lots are at capacity your party guests may have to wait for a parking spot to open up (one-in, one-out model)

We will appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as well as that of your party guests. 

We ask for a credit card to hold your reservation and apply the charge 48 hours before your party date. If you choose to purchase carnival tickets, bulk pumpkins or additional add-ons before your event, we will apply the birthday space charge along with your other selections. 

If for any reason you need to cancel, we, of course, need notice as soon as possible so we can open it up for others. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks prior to your party date; later than that, you will be charged for the reservation in full. We do not provide a refund if you cancel due to weather.

*Note - If we close for the day due to weather, we will issue a refund for the paid reservation space. 

It is very important that you arrive, set up, and depart within your allotted reservation time. Most often, we have groups booked back-to-back, especially on the busy weekends; and they will, of course, want to start their party on time, too.

It is the partygoers' responsibility to throw way away all party-related items and trash. We have ample trash cans by the area for your use.  

We reserve the right to charge an additional $75 fee if you exceed your reservation limit or if you leave excessive mess behind.
